Contact forms

We collect the name, email address and message you provide. Service enquiries can also include preferred dates and the number of participants. Required fields are marked with an asterisk. These details are used to answer enquiries, based on our legitimate interest in responding to visitors’ requests.

Messages are available to Djilali Kadid and the website’s technical administrator. Emails are sent through Brevo. Your details are not sold or used to create an advertising mailing list.

Retention

Website messages are retained for up to twelve months after receipt, then moved to WordPress Trash, normally deleted after thirty days. Encrypted backups are retained for up to sixty days. Email correspondence may be retained for a different period when required for an ongoing exchange or a legal obligation.

Technical data

The server and Cloudflare process technical information, including IP addresses, to provide and secure access. Antispam counters contain hashed identifiers and expire after one hour. Fonts are served by this website.
